• ACTIVE PAUSE:
The teacher, with the help of the students, will create rhythm sequences that the classmates will copy until they all follow the rhythm of the sequence. The rhythms will be made with slaps on different parts of the body and a table.
• Students will complete information with vocabulary related to natural disasters on page 82 exercise 1. Then they will read definitions and will complete with the boldface words from exercise1.

·         Write the color of a student’s shirt, jeans, backpack, shoes, or purse on board and ask the class to guess who is wearing the color. Whoever gets the correct answer can write the next color on the board and students guess again. They should try to pick a different color than one already on the board.

·         Students will work on an activity about phrasal verbs in which they have to choose the correct phrasal verb.
