Second Synchronous meeting
- The teacher greets the students and check
the list.
- The teacher will start to talk about some
appointments she has for this week. Then, she will ask to the students
what future plans they have.
- The teacher will paste show a picture
where it shows two friends sitting looking at a diary. This picture will
have a question, “are you doing anything tonight?” and an answer “yes, I
am seeing a movie with lucy.”And beneath there will be a question for the
students “what are your arrangements for this week?. Ask the students to
think about this question and
without any explanation of the aim of the exercise or expected answers,
instruct to write down on their notebooks some possible answers s. The
students can speak freely.

After
that, students will share what they understood about the question, here the
teacher can explain the present continuous tense when talking about future.
while showing a mind map of present continuous for future plans.

Students
will play hangman to elicit for plans, appointments and intentions. Words used:
times references that points to future activities: today, next week, tonight.
Second asynchronous meeting
·
Students will write a paragraph on their notebooks about their future
plans.
·
Students will work on an activity on the platform called “ NEW AGE
JOBS”
